  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips plus extra for topping
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
