WHITE CHOCOLATE AND ROSE COVERED STRAWBERRIES

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz white chocolate candy melts Wilton candy melts recommended
  • 2 lbs strawberries at room temperature
  • sprinkles optional
  • other colored candy melts optional, for drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Rinse and dry the strawberries completely, removing any that aren’t good.
  • In a microwave safe dish melt your chocolate candy melts. Microwave at 50% power, for 30 secs, stir and repeat until melted (1-2 minutes).
  • Dip the strawberries in melted white chocolate and let excess drip off, scraping the bottom side on the edge of the bowl.
  • Place strawberries on prepared baking sheet and allow to set. Add sprinkles if desired before white chocolate hardens.
  • For drizzling, allow dipped strawberries to set, melt colored candy melts, and drizzle using a piping bag or zip loc bag.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for two days. They last up to 4-5 days refrigerated but are freshest when eaten within 48 hours.
