Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • ¾ cup almond flour or gluten-free flour blend
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • cup sugar
  • cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons unsweetened plant-based milk

Instructions
 

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease pan.
  • Mix chia seeds with water and let thicken.
  • Whisk dry ingredients.
  • Mix wet ingredients including chia mixture.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  • Adjust with plant milk if needed.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Bake for 12–14 minutes.
  • Cool before slicing.

Notes

Remove early for gooier texture. Best served slightly warm. Store covered for freshness.
