Ingredients
  

For the salmon

  • 1.5 lb salmon (cut into 1-inch cubes) for even cooking
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch for extra crispiness

For the sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and rice vinegar in a bowl, whisking until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
  • Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne, and cornstarch. Add salmon cubes and toss to coat.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes. Arrange salmon in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking.
  • Transfer crispy salmon to a plate and drizzle or toss with the bang bang sauce. Serve while warm.

Taste the sauce and adjust heat and sweetness as needed to complement the salmon.
