Zucchini Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into ½-inch-thick rounds
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt plus more to taste
- ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
