Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package banana pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

Toppings

  • 2–3 bananas sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • ½ cup crushed vanilla wafers

Preparation

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press into a pan and chill.
  • Whisk banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Combine pudding with cream cheese mixture.
  • Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into filling.
  • Spread filling over crust evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Top with bananas, whipped cream, and crushed cookies before serving.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for a smooth filling. Chill overnight for best results and structure. Add banana slices just before serving to prevent browning.
