  • 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup pistachios chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
