Ingredients
  

Aioli

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika optional

Fish Bites

  • 1.5 lbs White Fish (Cod or Halibut) cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • ½ Lemon Lemon juiced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the fish bone-dry with paper towels before seasoning.
  • Heat the skillet until the oil is shimmering-hot.
  • Cook the fish in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Prepare the aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and smoked paprika.
  • Serve immediately for best taste.

Notes

Always add fresh lemon juice at the very end of cooking. For a lighter aioli, swap half the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt. Best served immediately, reheating in an air fryer restores crispiness.
