Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Croissants
  • 2 slices Gouda Cheese
  • 2 slices Large Slices of Prosciutto
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Mustard
  • 3 teaspoon Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 180°C/374ºF. Then cut the croissants in half, and lay a slice of cheese in each one.
  • Top the cheese with prosciutto. Add more gouda if desired.
  • Stir together the honey mustard and olive oil in a dish, then brush the mixture over the tops of the croissants.
  • Place on a baking tray, and bake for 6 minutes until warmed through. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Bake just before serving to prevent sogginess. Generously baste each croissant with the glaze.
