Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 300 g petits-beurre or speculoos
  • 150 g butter melted

Filling

  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 ml lime juice or 150 ml Pulco lime

Decoration

  • 1 lime for zest
  • 6 teaspoon whipped cream

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), fan mode.
  • Crush the petits-beurre in a food processor.
  • Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed biscuits.
  • Press this mixture into a tart pan lined with parchment paper to form the crust.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Add the lime juice and stir well.
  • Pour this mixture over the crust and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and then refrigerate.
  • When serving, zest a lime and sprinkle on top of the pie. Decorate with whipped cream.

Notes

You can choose to top with meringue or just whipped cream based on your preference.
