Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 small red onion chunks
  • 1 medium red bell pepper squares
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pat shrimp dry and place in a large bowl
  • Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, spices, and honey
  • Coat shrimp with marinade and refrigerate 15–30 minutes
  • Soak skewers if wooden
  • Thread shrimp, pineapple, and vegetables onto skewers
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat
  • Grill 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through
  • Garnish with cilantro and lime juice before serving

Notes

Do not over-marinate shrimp to avoid mushy texture. Leave space between ingredients for even cooking. Use fresh pineapple for best flavor and caramelization.
