- 1 cup red pepper jelly
- 2-4 tablespoon chopped pistachio nuts
- ½ cup fresh pomegranate seeds more if you like
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Spread the Boursin cheese in a shallow serving bowl or pie plate.
Add the red pepper jelly on top of the cheese and spread it out close to the edges.
