Crumble Topping

  • 100 g Butter softened
  • 75 g Brown sugar preferably de canne
  • 50 g Almond powder
  • 50 g Grated coconut
  • 150 g Flour

Filling

  • 4 pieces Bananas sliced

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C (thermostat 6).
  • In a bowl, gently mix the butter, brown sugar, almond powder, grated coconut, and flour. Let the crumble dough rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then crumble it.
  • Place the sliced bananas in ramekins or a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble topping over them.

Cooking

  • Bake at 170°C (thermostat 6) in a fan oven until the crumble is light brown, about 20 minutes.
