Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces chicken breast cutlets

For the Hot Honey Glaze

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, mix panko, flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg wash, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Dredge in the panko mixture, pressing to adhere evenly.
  • Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray (VERY important - this helps crisp them up!).
  • Bake for 50 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  • While the chicken cooks, in a small pan over low heat, melt butter and stir in hot honey.
  • Brush or drizzle the hot honey glaze over the crispy chicken.
  • Serve over a salad or rice, and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can be served over a salad or rice. Adjust spices as per taste.
