Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 16 ounces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounces
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces and set them aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, then mix well.
  • Fold in the shredded chicken and biscuit pieces until everything is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep and extra flavor. Ensure the biscuit pieces are well-coated to bake tender. Let the casserole rest before serving for proper settling.
