Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or blend)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and spices until well combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add cheese to half of tortilla, layer chicken mixture, then more cheese and fold.
  • Cook in buttered pan for 2–3 minutes until golden.
  • Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Rest for 1 minute before slicing.
  • Cut into wedges and serve hot.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep. Cook on medium heat for even crisping. Avoid overfilling to prevent tearing.
