- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or any neutral oil

Preparation
Add the ingredients to a medium heatproof bowl in the order listed—the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, garlic, scallion, and cilantro.
